It's been quite awhile since the last journal entry, so I thought a new one was long over due. This one is dedicated to YOU. Those who like my efforts and see something of merit in my 'colorizations' and musings. Thank YOU very much! Well technology is rapidly making even doing colorizing a thing of the past. It takes me usually a full 2 hours per 'image' to do a colorization and that doesn't involve searching for suitable images or adding links, comments, uploading etc etc. Now there are 'tools' to quick 'colorize' and though rather crude, I'm sure they will quickly get more accurate. As I approach the magic 500 milestone, I just want to thank all of my friends that enjoy my efforts to add colour to these black and white images. I think my techniques have changed over time and this might be reflected in my body of artwork here. I'm still using a free basic digital program and so my range of exactly how much I can do is limited to that. However this isn't considered as a drawback but as a challenge to create professional quality with the tools I have. Looking forward to bringing you all inspiration in the future and looking forward to seeing others out there doing the same kind of thing. A note also of thanks to the various
